Who: Anon. and his/her mom
What: State of Union Address
When: prior to 2nd Iraq War
Where: TV

I remember watching on TV Bush's State of the Union Address prior the second Iraq War's outbreak. He used some pretty intense rhetoric of how Iraq was analogous to Nazi Germany, and other previous enemies the US has had the responsibility to vanquish. On top of that, they had WMD's which put us all in danger, and thus would require a war. I remember immediately afterwards my mom turned to me and said, "Do you think we should go to war?," then added somberly, "he sure sold me."
