The day at the zoo

What:I had went to the zoo.

On a hot summer day age seven at the National Zoo me and my mom. I could almost taste the sweat when I went through the gate. So first I saw a monkey in a cage jumping from branch to branch.Saying ow,ow,ah,ah. So later that day I saw a lion with fury and pretty hair. We pet the lion and got about six photos. So then it was lunch time and I smelled some juicy hot dogs and fries and pretzels that they were selling for two dollars because it was a special. Then I saw the animal of my dreams a long neck giraffe. So I ran over and said mom could we go see the giraffe she said sure. So I raced to the gate and asked the lady can I pet the giraffe she said sure and I jumped for joy. So I pet the giraffe and then went home and uploaded the pictures. My conclusion is Merry Christmas and Happy New Years. I’M OUT!
