Last weekend, my friend Jordan and I decided to plan a lunch date for Sunday. When he finally called, about two hours late, we just decided to go to the great Blue Sky Cafe. Because he was two hours late, Rose came with us as well. So we all got in my car and drove the short drive to Main Street. My mind was so set on eating that later I would realize Jordan and I did something very stupid.
The lunch was great, we had so much fun. Jordan asked to change the radio station as soon as he heard the horrible music of the Dixie Chicks for the first time. The lady of course said no, so every time a new song came on Jordan kept saying how horrible the music was. HAHA. Jordan also dropped some of his cheeeseburger out of his mouth onto the table and none of us realized it until the waitress came to clean up the dirty dishes off the table. He blamed me and Rose for setting him up for embarassment... which we didn't do. He's just a very sloppy eater.
When we were done with lunch, Rose had to pay for all of us because we forgot to bring our money. Jordan left his wallet in Madison, and I don't know where I spent all of my money that weekend. Rose was the first one out the door, and as soon as she looked at my car she started laughing. Jordan and I had no idea what was so funny until we looked at my car too. Jordan had left the passenger side door open the whole time we were eating and I had just happen to leave my keys in the ignition. Wow, Rose felt so cool because she was the only one who didn't do something stupid for once.
We then realized later, after Rose was done making fun of us, that if Jordan hadn't have left his door open, we would have been locked out of my car, because I left my keys in the ignition, but locked all the doors.
