The information in this article has some Error's! The plane was a KC135,, NOT a KC138,, And this tragedy happened on January 16 1965,, NOT 1968.

I remember this crash vividly.....I was only about 8 years old though....it crashed right in the middle of a neighborhood if I remember correctly.....press coverage and photos of the crash appeared on television....but I remember when the crash actually happened my mother and I were in the car driving very near where the plane crashed...the sound of it was massive ....it's just something I will never forget as long as I live...
