49th Tactical Fighter Wing
Was stationed at Etain from Jan 1957 to Sep 1959- went to Orleans to supply weather support for the Army at Saran Airfield. Naturally I never knew your dat but I'm positive our paths crossed at that time because I'm sure he was in the weather station filing filghtplans more than one. The Wing used to rotate squadrons a month at a time to Wheelus Field, Tripoli because the weather at Etain in the winter was terrible as far as flying the F100dD was concerned.
