It was during my seventh grade year that I showed someone that they didn’t call me names and get away with it. His name was Jordan M, it was before seventh period and he was running his mouth again! He was calling me a b**ch and a sissy because I wouldn’t fight him. So I seen him in the hallway one day while I was walking with my friend Joel and he called me a b***ch. I turned around and told him to stop walking and he did and I asked him what his problem was. He said nothing and went to walk away, I grabbed him by his hood on his sweat-shirt and I told him that I wasn’t done with him yet. He turned around and tried to act cool and swing at me and before he even hit me I smoked him in the eye with a right jab! He about hit the ground and then he started holding his eye crying. He told me to go to class and I asked him if he was going to make me and he didn’t say anything.

Just at that time a teacher came out and asked me if I hit him and I said “Yea I Hit Him!” He asked me why I did it and I told him because he was running his mouth to me! He walked us up to the office and sat us down while he was telling the secretary what happened. The principal called me into his office and I walked in and sat down. He asked me what happened and I told him the whole story word for word. He asked me if it was worth it and I told him that it was worth every second of it! He asked Jordan to tell him the story and he told him the same story. He wrote both of us and suspended us for three days out of school.

When I got home I showed my dad and he asked me why I did it and I told him because he was running his mouth and he wouldn’t quit and I held my temper as long as I could. He said that it wasn’t my fault and the three days that I got suspended were good days. I went fishing the first day and the second day I went hunting and the third day I got to go and get a milkshake and a blizzard from “Dairy Queen”, and then we went driving around the country for the rest of the day.

When I got back to school my friend Joel W. was mad at me because I did it when he wasn’t around! I didn’t really care that he was mad at me because if I wouldn’t have did it then he would still be running his mouth to me! So it was a good experience and a good first fight because I won! I enjoyed bragging to all of my friends about how I got in a fight and how I only hit him once and he cried. I had a few people wanted to fight me after I did that but it didn’t matter, nothing really did because I don’t regret it one bit!
