From MemoryArchive
Who: Kiyosha, Mom, Brother, and cousins. What: I saw a kite that I liked but I did not want to fly my kite. When: March 15, 2006 Where: At the park
One spring afternoon I went to the department store with my mother and I was walking so I stop to look at a kite they had it in the window at the store. I went to go and get my mom and showed her the kite that I like. I knew my brother and my 2 cousins had a kite but I didn't. So me and my mom went in the store and bought it but it was the next day when we went back to the store. And I had the pretty kite I wanted but I never flew the kite. I learned not to waste money.
I was happy when I got it but mad when my mom made me fly my kite. My mom was mad because she brought it but I did not want to fly it and she said "I did not buy this for nothing" and so she made me fly my kite. I can see me looking at the kite and it's looking so pretty. I was mad that I had to fly it when I wanted it because it was cute.
Well my most excited part was when I seen the kite in the window. I told my mom to come here so she can see it. That is my most excited part because I liked how it looked and I was not happy when my mom made me fly my kite. I was a mean person then. I can hear myself telling my mom to come here so she can see the kite I liked.
I went to the park and got out of the car and helped my mom set up the food. When I finished helping my mom she said "Go and get your kite" and I said "I don't want to fly my kite, I just want to relax" and she said "Girl I did not pay for that kite and you did not want to fly it." Then she said "Go and fly that kite like I said. She said it all out loud because she wasted her money for something I don't want to do.
I learned not to waste no money. If you know you is not going to fly a kite then don't get it. She made me fly my kite anyways. So now I know not to waste nobody money.
