My first love is who I am currently with now. His name is Zach and he is so great. We’ve been together for almost 7 months now. I talk to him about every night and I see him every Saturday and sometimes on Sunday’s. When I talk to him I don’t keep anything from him and I tell him what’s on my mind. He knows what goes on in my life and what I have to deal with. When there is something wrong with me, he’ll sit there and listen and talk to me about my problems. He is so different than most guys are when he is with me.

We first met the summer of 2004. My next door neighbor whose name is Ray was talking to me outside when Zach pulls up in Ray’s driveway. So Ray introduces us and for some reason I was thinking that I’d see him again as in being in a relationship, but then I thought no I’m not his type and he seems too much of a party guy. Well after that night I never saw him again until homecoming 2005. I wanted to go to the dance, but I didn’t have a date. So my sister had her boyfriend talk to one of his friends to see if they would go with me and she asked me, "Do you remember Zach?" and I said, "yeah, I think," and she says, "well that’s who you’re going to homecoming with." On the Thursday before the dance he came over to meet me again and my parents. After homecoming, we started talking to each other, but he wanted to wait until football season was over to start a serious relationship with me. On October 29, 2005, we went to a bonfire together and he was on his way taking me home when we both agreed to start a relationship. Each time we spend together gets better and better. From then until now our relationship has progressed throughout the 7 months and it’s getting even better. When were together, we forget everything and everyone around us and we do our own thing. We tend to goof off a lot and also have some romantic times, like walking on the beach at Buck Creek or cuddling up on the couch, but mostly were laughing and having a good time. I feel like we will have a long-lasting relationship. I know I’m still a teenager, but I really have a strong feeling about it. He’s the only guy I’ve ever felt this way about and he feels the same way. Our relationship is the first serious one for both of us.
