Hurricane Katrina affected my life because we were almost through remodling our house then she came. She blew off the entire backside of my roof and flooded the inside of my brother's and my room. My grandmaw didn't get any damage just a few limbs blew over in her yard. My aunt just got a few shingles off of her house.

There were so many of my friends who got flooded. That kinda hurt me because my house was still livible in and they didn't have a house. The Gulf Of Mexico will never be the same becuase thre is so much debris in ther the wildlife in it will never be the same. I also think the people's who graves got washed away they can NEVER rest peacefully cause they are not were they are supposed to be at rather they arent burried were they first were they are in the ocean somewhere.
