About two years ago or so I really don’t remember exactly when t was. I was driving along in the rain one afternoon and it was pouring outside. It was hard to see all the way and the light was green then it changed to yellow and I was too far too make it through the light so I decided to stop. It was wet outside and my breaks locked up and my car slid out of control then “bam” crashed right into another car. The car I was driving was totaled and the car I slid into was totaled. A person who witnessed the accident called 911 and the cops and ambulance were there immediately. When I first smashed into the other car I blacked out for a few seconds and didn’t know where I was for a little bit. When the paramedics got there they rushed me into the ambulance and took me to the hospital. I will never in my life forget these words. On the way to the hospital the paramedic said “son, you’re a very lucky kid that you were wearing your seatbelt because you probably wouldn’t be here right now if you weren’t”. The only injuries I suffered was a little bit of glass stuck in my head and what was a sprained knee but now has lead to knee bursitis and has a chance it will last forever.
