On September 11, 2001 when the attacks happened I was at home with my dad watching T.V. after I gave him his birthday present. I saw it on T.V. over and over again and my face just dropped and I said to myself WOW! I didn't tihnk anything like this would ever happen but I was pretty young to know why it happend. I felt sad because I thought about all the people who had to find out that what happend to their family and friends.

On september 11, 2001 i was in my 5th grade classroom doing some work when the announcments came on. This was strange because they had already done the morning announcements. the principal came on and said that the twin towers in new york had just been attacked. After i heard this i didn't know what to do because i did not know what was going on. when i got home and turned on the t.v i was scared because i knew america was right below canada and i dident know if they were going to attack canada. now that im older i have a better understandin on what happened that day
